Half Year Financial Results Announcement Date (Amended)

Further to the announcement no. 00069 released today, the Board of Directors of Karin Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company') would like to inform that the Company will be releasing its financial results for the half year ended 31 December 2007 on Thursday, 14th of February 2008, after trading hours.
