Change Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Karin Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Ms Lim Ka Bee has resigned as Secretary of the Company effective from 20 April 2007. Mr Lawrence Kwan has been appointed as Secretary of the Company effective from 20 April 2007.

Subsequent to the above change, Mr Tso Sze Wai, Jackson and Mr Lawrence Kwan are Joint Secretaries of the Company, acting jointly and severally.
