Resignation Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Karin Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Tee Leng Li as a Secretary of the Company effective from 19 July 2006.

Mr Tso Sze Wai, Jackson and Ms Lim Ka Bee remains in office as Secretaries of the Company.
