Change Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Karin Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Cho Form Po will resign as secretary of the Company with effect from 30 June 2010. Ms Chan Lai Yin will be appointed as secretary of the Company with effect from 30 June 2010.
