Resolutions Passed At The Special General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Karin Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Special General Meeting dated 19 January 2009 were duly approved and passed by the Members at the Company's Special General Meeting held today.
